Solutions provided:
Trap for target animal (squirrel) for up to five business days. Install new 1×6 over hole on front right corner and wrap with white metal. Cap the frieze board under the hole that has been chewed on by squirrels with white metal. Install critter guard along sub roofing on gutter lines front and rear. Re wrap the front left corner of the rake board. Install white metal on back left gap between corner of rake board and the soffit. Install one roof vent guard over the attic fan. Install stainless steel screen (quarter inch) on two 750 vents on roof. Secure metal flashing on stack pipe and caulk. Sterifab the entire attic space to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Install stainless screen on one louvre vent.
