Squirrel Seal Out: Install metal covering (matching paint as close as possible) over two edges of roof eaves and rake board to prevent squirrels entry or chewing damage
Bird Guards over fan vents: install bird guards over 2 fan vents to prevent bird or squirrel entry. Inspect the screen on bathroom fan above front steps, if it is ok, deduct 225.00 and leave off bird guard for this vent.
