The customer had raccoons in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Install white metal on soffit line on backside of home indicated by technician. Install white metal on two eaves on front and rear of home. On first floor vaulted ceilings and over kitchen area attic space, remove all batted fiberglass insulation and raccoon fecal matter. Sterifab indicated attic space to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Install new R38 (24 on center) batted fiberglass insulation in place of removed insulation in indicated attic space and install baffles at soffit lines.
