The customer had birds nesting in their fan vents.
Solutions provided:
Install bird screens over six fan vents. Clean and disinfect area. (If the vent hose is extremely full of bird nesting materials and constricted, we well remove the effected hose and replace it with new hose. Caulk flashing around vent pipe. One vent is under steps in rear.
