The customer had squirrels in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Install reinforced Critter Guard above gutter line with grey metal. to prevent chewing and entry through fascia board by rodents. Leaf guards will need to be pulled away from Faisal board and reinstalled after critter guard is installed. Box of soffit pockets on front right of home where entry point is visible from raccoons and squirrels with gray metal. Removal of blown in insulation and rear portion of attic to include rodent droppings, disinfect area inside attic to kill any bacteria. Blow insulation to r38 inside main attic which prior work has been done. Replacement of 8 inch flex duct inside attic 55 linear feet.
