Solutions provided:
Trap for target animal (raccoon) for up to five business days. Remove all gutters/downspouts and all fascia board. Replace damaged fascia board with white composite 1×6. Install critter guard along faces aboard to protect the sub roofing gap. Install new 5 inch white gutters with new white downspouts. Replace three damaged sections of solid soffit line indicated by technician. Install a new louvre vent where louvre vent missing. Install stainless steel screen over four louvre vents on home. Install white metal (box out) on two eaves.
