The customer had woodpeckers on their property causing damage to their home.
Solutions provided:
Install mylar deterrents around gable vent over garage. Includes service for up to 1 month with weekly visits to check status and adjust as necessary. Fill 3 small holes, sand and paint area of damage. Customer has paint on hand. If woodpecker happens to cause additional damage during treatment period a nominal charge will apply for additional repairs.
