The customer had raccoons in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Removal of attic fan from roof to include section around attic fan to be removed including shingles and plywood where attic fan once was, install sub roofing plywood in its place and shingles to best match original roof which is a architectural shingle and appears to be a dark gray. Screen left and right gable vents on home to prevent entry into attic by raccoons. Temporary screen gable vent and install a one-way exit for raccoons, return approximately a week later and remove one way and temporary screen to do repairs.
