The customers had raccoons in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Removal of 30 foot of soffit on left center of home and stop at garage offset barrier wall install barrier screening to prevent raccoons from re-entering through soffit in the attic and re-install soffit to include replacement of one section 3 foot long. Install white critter guard behind gutter line on front and rear of home to seal gaps and prevent further entry in the attic by mice and raccoons, screen left soffit and both gables. Remove heavily soiled batted insulation from attic’s to include mice droppings and raccoon droppings. Disinfect attic to kill any bacteria, parasites, or fleas. Conduct deodorize treatment throughout attic for heavy smell of raccoon urine. Blow in or 38 cellulose insulation to current standard.
