The customer had bats in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Install stainless steel screen on two louvre vents. Install one bat one way on the louvre vent on the left side of home. Remove one way when insulation is being replaced. Attic insulation and guano removal. Remove mesh screen on inside of two louvre vents and remove bat guano. Sterifab to disinfect. Install new mesh screen on the inside of the louvre vent. Remove all blown in insulation, nesting, and additional bat guano. Sterifab the entire attic space to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Install baffles at soffit line and around entry point. Insulate entry point with insulation foam board. Blow in new cellulose insulation to R49 (14 inches).
