The customer had bats in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Bat found in attic, gap in vent. has a net behind it but doesn’t know how many are in there or anything. On 5 louvre vents remove mesh screen and bat guano from the interior attic space. Sterifab to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. One louvre vent has an attic fan attached. Summit will remove the attic fan from louvre and set it to the side in attic space. Install stainless steel screen on all five louvre vents to prevent entry of bats into attic space. Install new mesh screen after bat guano is removed and disinfected.
