Why did the customer contact us?

The customer had carpenter bees on their deck and raccoons and squirrels entering their attic.

Solutions provided:

Treatment for carpenter bees at deck and breezeway and filling holes with wood putty. Install reinforced metal around Holmes roofline on front of property rear and sides to include guest house. This critter guard will prevent chewing and entering into cavity space as well as attic’s from rodents and squirrels. Install RVG over attic fan on rear roof to prevent raccoons and squirrels from re-entering into attic. Screen exterior gable vents to prevent rodents and squirrels from entering between slat. Seal ridge vents of main home and guest house  with screen and screws or sealant, Due to steepness of roof tie off will be required. Removal of batted insulation from main attic of home that was assessable and able to be measured to include significant droppings from mice, squirrels, and raccoons. Removal of nesting throughout attic. Disinfect attic with stare fab to kill any bacteria, handlebars, parasites or mites. Install R38 batted insulation back to current standard. Install wise air 60 dehumidifier between entrances of both crawlspaces, install and hook up condensate pump and runoff line and run line through small opening to the exterior for proper drain off. Hook up electrical Outlet In crawlspace and set up dehumidifier.
