Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had raccoons in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Trapping program for a period of five days for raccoons on rear roof at left vent, program not defined and number of catches. After mother has caught we will need to go into the attic to retrieve babies. Reattach rear left vent insecure with the screen around perimeter to prevent future entry to include securing with screen of the right vent. Removal of insulation in attic to include droppings, disinfect attic with stare fab to kill any bacteria, parasites, or fleas. Checked all wiring in attic for any other damage and then blow in our 38 cellulose insulation to current standard.
