The customer had bats in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Removal of 730 square-foot contaminated insulation out of the main attic to include rodents and bat droppings, removal of 730 ft.² out of secondary attic to include rodents and bat droppings. Disinfect both attics to kill any bacteria, mites, or fleas. Install r38 24” on center. Batted insulation in secondary attic, blow in R 38 cellulose insulation in main attic both to current standard. After one Way exits are removed permanently screen four gable vents on home to prevent bats from entering, reinstall soffit on right side of home so it is flush and no bats can enter. Seal right corner on rear of home at roofline construction gap at rake board with white metal. Install white critter guard behind gutter line around home to close open gaps and reinforce with screws so bats can’t enter.
