The customer had mice in their attic space.
Solutions provided:
Remove all accessible floor insulation and mice fecal matter in the main attic space to include the vaulted section. Sterifab entire main attic space to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Install baffles at the soffit line, around walk boards, and around the HVAC unit. Blow in new cellulose insulation to R49 (14 inches).
