Solutions provided:
Remove rear gutter and facia board, re-install new fascia board on rear of home. Reinstall gutter, front and rear gutters to be cleaned out. Install reinforced Critter Guard above gutter line with white metal On front and rear of home. Remove old/soiled fiberglass Insulation to clued rodent and raccoon droppings. Disinfect attic to kill any bacteria, parasites, or fleas. Blow in our 38 cellulose insulation to current standard.
