The customer had raccoons in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Re-install soffit on right side of home over garage, box of soffit at roof line on front side and rear side of the left side of home using white metal where raccoons are entering. Install a RVG over attic fan on rear roof, removal of insulation from attic to include any saturated urine stained and droppings Seam tap HVAC ductwork at holes created by raccoons. Check all wires through the attic for any further damage and install baffles at soffit points where raccoons have pulled them away . Disinfect attic and deodorize to kill any bacteria or smell. Blow in cellulose insulation to the current standard.
