The customer had baby raccoons in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Install cream colored metal to match home as best as possible on three eaves. Install critter guard along sub roofing gap on front and rear of home. Remove all accessible blown in insulation and fecal matter in three attic spaces. Sterifab entire attic spaces to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Install baffles where needed and around entry points. Blow in new cellulose insulation to R49 (14 inches).
