The customer had birds in a vent.
Solutions provided:
On front right side of home exclude one eave with cream colored metal (heritage cream) to prevent entry of birds into attic space. Install drip edge and almond colored leaf solutions on gutters on front and rear of home. On backside of home screen off one vent and install a bird proof dryer exhaust vent in place of the existing vent. Spray Sterifab in attic space to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria.
