The customer had bats in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Remove damaged sections of the rake board on the left side of home. Install new pressure treated wood and wrap the entire rake board on the left side with metal to match existing as best as possible. Install one RVG over one attic fan to prevent entry of animals. Install stainless steel screen over one louvre vent on the right side above the front entry door. Install a bat one way for a period of time and remove. Install critter guard along the sub roofing gap. Leaf guards will be removed and reinstalled after work is complete.
