The customer had a bird and nesting in their attic insulation.
Solutions provided:
Remove all blown in insulation and nesting. Replace flex tube that birds tore through. Air seal any crack, gap, and conduit line with spray foam. Re install any fallen thermal sheet to rafters. Blow in new cellulose insulation to R49 (14 inches).
