Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had a bird in their vent.
Solutions provided:
Cut a hole approximately 20 OF possibly 2 holes to access the vent and clean out nesting and disinfect that area between the 2nd and 3rd floor. Replace the flex tube and install a new bird guard over the new exhaust vent. After the job is finished the crew will reinstall drywall and mud (paint and sanding are not included).
