Solutions provided:
Trap for target animal (squirrel) for up to five business days. Repair fascia board and water damaged section of rake board indicated by technician on right corner of home. Eaves on designated corners will be boxed out to prevent animals from entering attic space. Cream colored metal to match as best as possible. Install critter guard along all gutter lines to protect the sub roofing gap. Install stainless steel screen on two louvre vents. Remove all insulation, nesting, and decal matter in attic space. Sterifab to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Air seals any crack, gap, and conduit line for better energy efficiency. Baffle around entry point, HVAC, and soffit lines. Blow in new cellulose insulation to R49 (14 inches).
