The customer had flying squirrels in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Due to extensive rodent dive holes throughout the entire space and evidence of extensive flying squirrel infestation the insulation must be removed, the space sanitized and re-application of proper insulation. Remove all insulation plus additional debris from the previous roof install. Apply sterilizer to the entire attic. Apply R38 blown cellulose (code minimum). Install wood baffles around the staircase entry point if needed.
