The customer had squirrels in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Trap for target animal (squirrel) for up to five business days. On four dormer pockets install cap ream colored metal to match as best as possible to prevent entry of animals into attic space. Install cream colored metal on two eaves on front and rear of home to prevent entry of animals into attic space. Install two RVGs over two attic fans to prevent entry of animals into attic space. Use cream colored caulk along indicated areas in front of home along the decorative trim board to prevent entry of mice. Four other spots around the exterior were possible entry spots and will be sealed. Disinfect accessible attic space with Sterifab.
