The customer had mice entering their attic.
Solutions provided:
Seal under freeze boards on front and rear of home that meat brick, seal under rake boards on sides of home at right side of garage and upper roof and left side of roof. Install reinforced Critter Guard above gutter line with white metal. Cap the ends To prevent entry into attic. The seal out includes the front of the home garage and the rear of home. Sterifab Treatment to be conducted in the basement, main living space, and upper floor, and also to include attic after removal of old soiled insulation to kill any bacteria, parasites, or fleas. Removal of old soil blown in insulation to include rodent droppings from main attic upstairs and hallway and also the attic inside the closet. Inspect for any chewing damage after all insulation is removed, blow in our 38 cellulose insulation to current standard after attic’s are clean.
