Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had squirrels in their attic space.
Solutions provided:
Install two Rvgs ,one on the left side of the home over the garage and one on the right side of the home’s upper roof, these were prior recommended services that client is not going with. Warranty work need one-way exit for squirrels installed on right side of home upper gable vents, screening installed has been pulled away giving access for squirrels in the attic. Return one week later and remove one-way exit and permanently rescreen gable vent.
