The customer had squirrels in their home causing damage.
Solutions provided:
Trap for target animal (squirrel) for up to five business days. Remove damaged sections of fascia board and replace with new pressure treated wood. Cap with new metal to match home as best as possible. Install critter guard along all gutter lines to protect sub roofing gaps. Gutters will be cleaned of debris and old black sponge material. Existing leaf guards will be reinstalled when finished. Install one RVG over one attic fan. Install stainless steel screen on two louvre vents on both sides of the home.
