The customer had problems with mice in their utility room.
Solutions provided:
Reinforce critter guard with white metal at top of roof line on front and rear of home to include corners. Seal under the rear siding to close gaps with stuff it and clear OSI. Seal around pipe entry points that enter home and exterior vents. Spray foam at top of foundation wall in utility room and sill plate – suck out droppings in corners behind utility HVAC.
