Solutions provided:
Install one roof vent guard over one attic fan to prevent entry of animals. Install cream colored metal (almond) to match home as best as possible on a rake board on both sides of home. Includes wrapping the returns. During the time of inspection squirrel trails were seen but no nesting or fecal matter was found. Rodent program: Install bait stations around exterior, garage, and attic space.
