Animal control services we offer in Stafford, VA include:

Bat Removal

There are 16 species of bats in Virginia. Four (Gray Bat, Indiana Bat, Virginia-Big-eared Bat, and Rafinesque’s Big-eared Bat) are protected as endangered species, but 12 are not. None of the three types of bats most likely to take residence in a building (Big Brown Bat, Evening Bat, and Little Brown Bat) are protected species. Let us remove your unwanted bats, regardless of species.

Raccoon Removal

Raccoons are one of the most common nuisance animals in Northern Virginia and won’t hesitate to take up residence in attics, chimneys, crawl spaces, barns, etc. A thumping or stomping noise in your attic is a common sign of a raccoon infestation. It is essential to remove them and relocate them far away, because they often rip open ducts, chew on electrical wiring, contaminate, tear and even destroy insulation.

Squirrel Removal

Squirrels are not shy about taking up residence in your attic, especially during the winter, and can cause a great deal of damage while there. Their nesting sites turn into toxic messes because cleaning up squirrel feces presents a health hazard. Flying squirrels require different trapping techniques and are harder to get rid of, but SES can remove all types of squirrels from your home.

Snake Removal

When you see a snake regularly on your property, you’ll want to have it removed because it probably has built a den in your crawl space on in a nearby area where it can access your home for warmth. If you’ve got a snake inside your house, don't try to catch it because of the danger of a snake bite. Instead, call SES. Our specialists are trained to humanely catch and remove troublesome snakes from homes and properties.

Skunk Removal

Skunks carry rabies and emit a foul-smelling spray. You don't want them in your home and you should not try to trap them yourself. Instead, SES' wildlife control specialists are trained to humanely catch and remove troublesome skunks from homes and attics.

Our animal removal crews are available on a 24/7/365 basis! All the repair work done by our trained repair technicians is guaranteed for 12 months. If you call SES to have a technician reinspect the work before the end of 12 months, we will guarantee it for an additional year!

Chris came out for an inspection, very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He knew right away what was in our wall. He took the time to answer our questions and find the culprit entrance of where the rodent entered.

The technician that came out was professional, friendly, respectful, and down right funny. We had another company and realized that they were just not doing what was needed, so it was a no brainer that we switched to Summit for our future prevention and control service.

Chris is very knowledgeable of his work. He addressed all my questions and concerns, and assured me that he can take care of my rodent problem. He has been to my home twice now, and on both counts he was prompt which is important to me cause I have a tight schedule so it helps when the person is on time. He is also courteous, he conducts himself in a professional manner, and is willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. If any of my friends in the area has a pest control problem I would HIGHLY recommend Summit Pest Control, especially, if Summit's employees put fourth the amount of professionalism that Chris displays.

Called another company and the person answering the phone stated a different company name, asked me if I could hold and put me on hold before I could answer. Then got on the phone and used that name again. When I questioned her she told me that was their company too.
Summit answered and was polite and was clear that any estimate needed to be in person as the scope of work was the basis. I appreciated that! The estimator and tech were excellent. Arrival was prompt and the work done well and professionally. I hope I never have birds in any other vents, but if I do I will call Summit; and you can count on my referral.
