Remove all blown in insulation from attic. Sterilize attic with fogger using multi-quat sterilizer. Air seal all cracks with closed cell spray foam. Add new cardboard baffles to attic entrance and around rafters. Apply 13 inches of blown in cellulose insulation giving the customer an R-value of 49 which is the new Va standard. Batted R-38 insulation will be installed on existing attic door.

Remove all of the batted/blown in insulation and mouse fecal matter. Sterifab the attire attic space to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Install new baffles at the soffit lines and additional around the entry point. Install new batted insulation on the knee walls. Air seal gaps and conduit lines and any accessible entry points for mice will have copper cloth installed. Remove two bathroom fan solid exhaust pipes and install insulated flex lines. Install a new 223 vent on the roof and run the flex lines to the new vent. Blow in new cellulose insulation to reach 14 inches (R49). Insulate the entry door with foam board insulation and install weather stripping for better energy efficiency. Install a pest block metal custom made to fit the bottom edge of the siding. The bottom of the j channels and corner channels will be blocked off to prevent entry of mice. Some areas have more wires running along the bottom of the siding and will be excluded as best as possible. Any conduit line around the home will be further secured with additional clear caulk. Excluding the mice will greatly reduce the areas mice can enter the home. Only with a continuous rodent program can Summit control the population of the mice.

Inside the attic space, spot clean the bat guano and sterifab the entire attic space to disinfect. Install a sheet metal along left side fire wall between the two homes to prevent crossover. On the exterior of the home, replace the screen on the louvre vent with a stainless steel screen and seal any gaps around the louvre vent area. Seal along the front and rear trim board to prevent entry of bats.

Seal out around electric and cables lines going in home. Seal out all under front left, front right, back left corner. Seal out hole on corner of window on right side of home. Seal out around both sliding back doors. Seal out gas line entering home on back left corner. Seal out cracks on bottom front step. Replace 2x6 below back sliding back door, paint white. Install galvanized RVG over attic fan to prevent wildlife from entering home.

Seal out for squirrels, rodents, birds, bats, and raccoons. Using heavy gauge stainless steel screen and metal in a matching color, seal out entry points. Two louver vents to be covered with screen and Three areas; front left soffit, rear right soffit and gap at rake board trim on left side of home. Also remove old bird nests (2) and squirrel droppings and sanitize those three areas, adding loose insulation to replace what is vacuumed up afterwards. (About ten square feet of insulation, total) Replace eight feet of rake board and trim, where rotting has occurred. Trim is to the right side of front entry.

White sheet metal on two eaves on frontside of home. Will require a 60 foot ladder to reach the areas of concern properly. Spot cleaning the squirrel feces in the attic space and use a Sterifab treatment to disinfect. Insulation levels are below the recommended levels. Blow in additional cellulose insulation to reach levels of 14 inches.

Box out 4 corners of home with white sheet metal. (2 on front, 2 on left side) Install 3 white custom 45 degree slopes on top of pillars. Remove old exclusion work located in 2 spots in front of home and install white sheet metal to close off entry points. Run sheet metal to close up gap along bottom right corner of apex on left side of garage to prevent birds from entering. Wrap bottom left corner of fascia with white sheet metal, area is located on left side of home. Install 1 custom bird guard on right side of home. Install 4 white plastic bird guards on right side of home. After install areas will be sanitized if needed.

Install/reinforce critter guard along the gutter lines where squirrels have taken advantage of the sub roofing gap. Will prevent further entry. Install sheet metal on seven eaves on the front side of the home to prevent entry of animals into the attic space. Squirrel hole on the right side of the home indicated by the technician will be closed with sheet metal color to match home as best as possible.
