Had issues with squirrels in my attic.

Darshon and the Team did a great job fixing the damage. Very efficient and professional. They took measures to ensure my carpet was not walked on etc.

Looking back at it, I only wish they would have provided before and after pictures of the work completed. As I am not able to see the work completed on the roof.

When we purchased our house we didn't realize we had a horrible issue with standing water in our backyard. We've used Summit in the past for other issues and decided to call them again! They came out designed a french drain system to help solve the water issue. They came out and dug a 16"wide x 24"deep x 140' long trench and filled it with 13 tons of gravel. They completed that portion in one day and came out the next day to grade our backyard with the dirt they dug for the trench. Since installation we've had numerous rains that would have left our backyard puddled for days yet we've had no issues!!! We are so happy with the work they did and highly recommend them!!

Patch soffit returns on each dormer with white metal to prevent future animal entry. Install one way exit for a period of up to two weeks to allow animal egress without allowing re-entry. After a period of time the crew will remove the one way and finish the repair. (40ft ladder needed). Install 1/4” stainless steel screen on the louvre vents of both gables (60 ft. ladder needed) to prevent future animal entry. Replace the fiberglass batt insulation in the roughly 4ft x 4ft area of the attic that the animal has removed the insulation from.

After raccoons are removed, box soffit at entry point with white metal to prevent entry by raccoons in the future. Removal of insulation from attic to include raccoon droppings, disinfect attic to kill any bacteria, parasites, or fleas. Deodorize attic to kill the smell of urine from raccoons. Check all wires and HVAC ductwork for damage. Blow in r49 cellulose insulation to current standard and install bad at insulation over cathedral master bedroom ceiling.

Repair damage wood on left side of right dormer window in front of home. Color samples will be taken from original wood for paint to be made to best match, repair the small section of Rotten Wood on the right side of the right dormer window and paint. Box off for dormer pockets, left and right side of both dormer windows in front of home with the color tuscan olive by trim coil from burger building products. All replaced wood will be painted per Color outlined in the contract to best match. Install stainless steelRVG on rear roof over attic fan, Blow over R38 cellulose insulation over front attic 530 ft.² and disinfect  Seal soffit to roof gap between front roof and rear roof.

Wildlife barrier around deck. Dig 2’ down. Create footer Pour concrete. Attach 1/4 stainless steel screening to footer Attach 1/4 stainless steel screening to bottom of deck Backfill area place one-way door in active area Give allowed time, come back remove one-way door, complete barrier.

Trap for target animal (squirrel) for up to five business days. Remove indicated section of gutter, metal on fascia board and soffit line. Remove accessible bird and squirrel nesting. Sterifab area to disinfect. Install new metal with color to match as best as possible (savannah wicker). Re install existing gutter and soffit line. Install metal on eave where squirrel and birds were entering to prevent re entry.
