I am very happy to have had William from Summit work for us. He was professional and communicated very clearly what issues needed to be addressed throughout our home. He was very thorough when inspecting my home and putting together an estimate. We are on a budget, and he kindly redid the estimate and helped me to prioritize what issues most needed to be addressed. I appreciated his honesty. He was also very responsive to texts and kept me updated about his arrival time. When we need more work we will call him back for sure.

Excellent communication prior to the inspection (which had to be rescheduled a couple of times b/c of inclement weather). Friendly, courteous, and professional Senior Inspector, Tom, did a thorough inspection to diagnose our mice problem, and took as much time as was needed to answer all of our questions and come up with a treatment plan, which was implemented right away.

Update: Been using Summit for over a year now, and so so happy with their response time, scheduling flexibility and most importantly no more pest! Definitely use Summit! Highly recommend! Huge thanks to William Bolewski, Wildlife Technician, who came through with same-day service to expertly remove the wild rodent we trapped in our basement and provide a professional assessment on measures to prevent this happening again. I highly recommend Summit for any critters and pests that may show up at your home. Especially Will, who came to our home several times in the course of squirrel capture and was terrific. After finding 2 black snakes and mice droppings in the unfinished part of the basement, I gave Summit a call to take care of the problem and prevent the critters from getting inside. William was professional, courteous and thorough when completing the snake survey and then sealing the points of entry at the house I’m moving into. He called or texted to let me know he’s on the way and arrived on time. Searched every corner of the basement and outside the house to look for access points and discussed a plan forward. Even put up with my many questions and after the fact “oh yeah, can you check here too?” requests patiently :) Now that the access points are sealed up, I’m hoping I won’t need to again, but seeing as my home is surrounded by woods, I will not hesitate to call Summit if we ever run into critter issues in the future. Definitely recommend!

I was having raccoon issues in my Shed. I located Summit Wildlife Removal and scheduled an appointment. Jason was the technician assigned upon arrival Jason very professional and knowledgeable access the situation informing me of what steps he would have to take in removing the mama and babies raccoon. As of date mama and babies are gone. That said I would highly recommend Summit Wildlife Removal if you are having any animal issues.

The ruggedly handsome and dashing Mr. Yendall was very polite and very professional. He inspected the outside of our house and inside our attic. He was able determine where the animal was likely entering and exiting. He took pictures. He explained the habits of the animals. He explained the services we would be provided and for how long. In our case, trapping and determent. And, I liked that he had the technology to take payment immediately.

A few weeks back I had a suspicious noise coming from the inside of my metal chimney. After a day or two of getting increasingly nervous that it was a living creature in the heat of the summer, I tried several companies who either did not answer or answered and simply did not follow-through or bother to call me back after a certain point. Not wanting whatever was scraping around in there to die waiting on someone else, Summit was out and had the poor bird out of my chimney in literal seconds. Unfortunately it was no longer alive, but the retrieval was swift and affordable compared to others. I got some advice about my chimney cap and a referral for later work if needed, and I appreciated the chit chat about the interesting parts of the job (code for LOTS of pics of random snakes and other creatures!). I would absolutely call them again when I'm in a bind and need their expertise. They were responsive, professional, and quick.
